LGBT History Month & Sparks (A queer deep dive)

 Hey everyone, it is Jack/Noodle again, I began writing this after my last post to give me time to begin a run of short/sweet/simple deep dives. I am not sure how frequent I’ll be posting over the next few months, but I can assure you by June things will hopefully have a regular schedule, I finish university in June and I’ve been pretty mixed about university (not me hating what I’ve learnt, more so the experiences I’ve had as an autistic and queer person at university have been very mixed). I also have some artwork going up in late March in a gallery near me relating to sparks so I’ll be doing a very special post around making art and sparks, so if you live or are near Northern England please check out the Northern Contemporary gallery in Sunderland from the 22nd March 2025, there’s a really fun exhibit called Come As You Really Are all around people’s hobbies, my friend also has things in on their crochet and they’re incredibly talented. The Existential Threat - Growing Up and Living with Anxiety (A Sparks Deep Dive)

 Hey everyone, it is nearly Valentine’s Day…unfortunately since my last posting here I broke up with my boyfriend but that doesn’t make me sad or feel worthless as I’m reminding myself and others that I am my own person. Before we go running into todays Deep Dive, I am Jack/Noodle and I hope you get something to drink/eat before reading because I’m currently trying to remind myself to eat the right amount of foods because according to my therapist I am not doing that well. So without much delay I want to explain today’s deep dive. So today I am discussing the song “Existential Threat” from A Steady Drip Drip because I grew up and still live with the anxiety. To visualise, I have generalised anxiety which has snuggled and moulded into my autism, so unfortunately my therapist can not tell what part is what.
